Shahnaz Gupta has completed Bachelor of Physiotherapy Degree from Guru Nanak Dev Univ. Amritsar, INDIA in 2008. He has more than 17 years of experience in treating patients with various injuries including 4 Years with Indian Army as a physiotherapist. He is skilled in Acupuncture and Concussion Treatment. He is fluent in English, Punjabi, Hindi and Urdu. He has done various Manual therapy courses (Maitland, Cyriax, Kaltenborn and Butler). He has excellent communication and therapeutic Skills.
Aaron recently graduated from the University of British Columbia in April of 2024 with a Bachelor of Kinesiology degree. He has also become registered with the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists as a Practicing Kinesiologist. As a Kinesiologist, Aaron uses the skills and knowledge he gained through completion of his Bachelor of Kinesiology degree to create personalized rehabilitation programs that promote recovery, enhance strength, and prevent further injury.
Aaron works closely with the rest of the experienced team at Delta Rise Physiotherapy and Sports Clinic to create holistic treatment plans that are specially tailored to each patient’s needs based on their injuries. Whether it’s supporting patients following traumatic injuries, managing chronic pain, or improving overall quality of life, Aaron is committed to helping clients achieve optimal physical health through evidence-based techniques.
In his free time, Aaron enjoys staying active through playing basketball and soccer with friends and also volunteers with Vancouver Coastal Health where he helps elderly residents stay active through exercise and assists them with ambulation, further fueling his passion for helping others lead healthy and active lives
